When I was nineteen, my father was dying from Glioblastoma, an incredibly aggressive form of brain cancer. I was suffering with obesity, severe depression, and isolation. I found solace in self-destructive behaviors like compulsive eating, substance abuse, self-harm and obsessive control.

Through movement, meditation, food, travel, and mindful practices I am learning how to accept and love myself. I am open about my struggle with insecurity, anxiety, fear, and grief. My goal is to share the insight I have gathered on my path of self-transformation to help others who are grappling with similar issues.

My hope, is to develop a space where ideas and stories will be shared and the modern men will strengthen their community. Honesty and open-minded discourse will create an inspirational environment that generates positive ideas and encourages social design and evolution.
